Items must returned in the original packaging to qualify for a refund and refunds will be issued in the same form of payment as the original payment.
Refunds or exchanges are issued once the item is received and inspected. Returns of regularly-stocked merchandise within 15 days of receipt are eligible to receive a merchandise refund.
Shipping charges are non-refundable unless product is deemed to be defective and no replacement item is requested.
A receipt and return authorization from Montage Sales Support are required for all returns.
In-stock items that are not special ordered may be returned for an exchange within 15 days of receipt of the purchase (with proof of purchase in the form of the original receipt)
for the purchase price only, provided the item(s) are returned in the same condition which they were in at the time of purchase. Any taxes charged will be refunded in accordance with state laws.
Shipping for the exchanged item will be charged to the consumer unless the item being is exchanged is defective or damaged from initial shipment.
